To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the Service to generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, and documents. AI outputs are provided for informational and exploratory purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated output. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for your specific situation.

Your content: You retain ownership of the text, files, and data you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our content: All software, designs, logos, text, and other materials provided by Cubyts are the property of Cubyts Research Lab, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Run packs and other paid features are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Purchased runs are valid for one year from the date of purchase. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors or service unavailability.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUBYTS RESEARCH LAB, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cubyts Research Lab, Inc. and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
